Funded Places

Children eligible for funded childcare will be offered a term-time funded place from 9.00am to 3.00pm, in line with government funding entitlements. Additional hours, holiday sessions and wraparound care can be purchased at the rates shown below.

Payment of Fees

·        We are a cashless school and do not accept cash payments.

·        Payments can be made through your MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) account, by card at the school office, or via your Tax-Free Childcare,             where eligible.

·        We encourage parents/carers to use their Tax-Free Childcare account, as eligible families can receive up to £2 for every £8 paid into             their account, subject to HMRC rules.

Wraparound Care

·        Due to the statutory staffing ratios required for children under two years of age, Breakfast Club, Early Tea Club and Late Tea Club                 places must be booked for a full term in advance.

·        Parents will be asked to confirm their required sessions before the start of each term.

Absence

·        Fees remain payable during periods of absence, including sickness and family holidays, to retain a child's place.

·        Termly booked Breakfast Club, Early Tea Club and Late Tea Club sessions remain payable during periods of absence as staffing is                   planned based on booked places.

Meals and Consumables

·        Meals and snacks are included at no additional cost.

·        Parents/carers provide nappies and wipes.

·        Parents/carers provide formula milk, expressed breast milk and any specialist dietary products required.
