At Comet the SEF (Self Evaluation Form summary) & SCCDP (School & Children's Centre Development Plan) sets out how well we think we are doing.  A good organisation regularly and accurately assesses its strengths and points for development.  Detailed knowledge of this is important in order to build, strengthen and improve our provision.  At Comet we share our SEF & SCCDP with staff, governors and other stakeholders.
